Radio Play - Literary Sound Art - Audio Production Workshop
Radio plays are more than just “The Three Investigators” or “Hanni and Nanni”—they’re an art form. Sounds, noises, music, and words come together to create unique compositions for the ears. They confuse, explain, describe—and always strike a chord deep in the heart.
Together, we’ll dive into worlds of sound and turn your words into sounds. We’ll experiment with what can be heard and what is left unsaid; with what seems to be repeated endlessly and what is spoken just once.
Over the next few days, the scripts from the first week of summer break will come to life with sound. We’ll make music, record sounds, and edit the recordings into a 15-minute radio play.
We’ll submit the finished radio plays to the “Max 15” competition hosted by Deutschlandfunk.
