This applies only to online registrations via www.ferienpass-luebeck.de.

The lottery system will be in effect until July 6, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. This means that spots will be allocated by lottery wherever more children have registered than can participate. On the morning of July 7, registration will be unavailable for a few hours.

Starting on the afternoon of July 7, 2025, the first-come, first-served system will apply. This means the fastest applicants win, as all available spots will be confirmed immediately upon registration.

Why do we do it this way? The lottery system ensures that all families who can’t register as quickly still have a fair chance to sign their children up for even the most popular activities. Two weeks must be sufficient for the lottery. After that, both the families and the organizers need to know which children can participate and which cannot.

 

 

On the website, we use the terms "login" and "registration." You must first complete the registration process. During registration, you will need to provide your information, such as your name, email address, and password.

Once you have registered, you can log in to the website.

Before logging in, you must first register on the website.

If you have already registered and are unable to log in, make sure you enter the exact email address you used to register or the one you last updated. Please note that the email address is case-sensitive.

If you don’t remember your password, you can change it here.

Please do not create a new user account if you no longer remember your email address or password, as all your data and your children’s registrations will be “lost.” Please contact us in that case.

If your child is no longer able to participate in an activity you have already registered for due to illness or other reasons, you can cancel the registration. To do so, go to the "My Registrations" page.

It is important that you cancel the registration so that another child from the waiting list can take their place.

You have provided your child’s date of birth, which is used to calculate their age. Some activities in the Holiday Pass are only suitable for children in certain age groups. If your child is not the appropriate age on the day of the event, registration is not possible.
