Course Content:
We’ll practice the following in a playful, age-appropriate way:
• Confident posture
• Setting boundaries—saying “No” and “Stop”
• Self-defense exercises
• Exercises to improve motor skills
• How can I build my self-confidence?
• Safety tips for parents
For children ages 4–7:
- Thursday, October 15, 2026, from 3:00–3:45 p.m. and
- Thursday, October 22, 2026, from 3:00–3:45 p.m.
For children ages 8 and up:
- Thursday, October 15, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. and
- Thursday, October 22, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.
