Course Content:
We practice the following in a playful, age-appropriate way:
• Confident body posture
• Setting boundaries—saying “no” and “stop”
• Self-defense exercises
• Exercises to improve motor skills
• How can I build my self-confidence?
• Safety tips for parents
For children ages 6 and up:
- Tuesday, October 13, 2026, from 4:00–4:45 p.m. and
- Tuesday, October 20, 2026, from 4:00–4:45 p.m.
