2D Game Art - Beginner's Course
Design your own 2D doodle character—creatively, easily, and exactly the way you want
In this course, we’ll dive together into the world of vector-based graphics programs like Adobe Illustrator or Inkscape. You’ll design your own 2D character—inspired by the classic game Doodle Jump.
In addition to creative work, there’s an optional, easy introduction to the real-time development platform Unity 6—completely relaxed and suitable even without prior knowledge. By the end, you’ll be playing your own mini-game featuring your own ideas and designs.
Participants who successfully complete the course will receive an official workshop certificate.
Devices will be available on-site. However, if you’d like, you can also bring your favorite mouse or your own laptop. Please make sure to install Unity 6000.2.15f1 beforehand.
This free learning opportunity is designed for creative people and those interested in Unity ages 14 and up. Advance registration is required.
