So much fun during road bike training
Radsport Teams Lübeck offers cycling training for children ages eight and up who enjoy competitive cycling and want to experience the sport in nature. This summer, we’re hosting two “Ferienpass” events where you can get a taste of a real RST Lübeck training session, learn a lot about cycling, and have a great time.
On two different dates, one session will focus on gravel training (Fri., July 10, 2026) and the other on road training (Fri., Aug. 14, 2026). At both sessions, you’ll learn about riding in a group, riding technique, riding on public roads, and agility training.
Feel free to bring your touring bike, mountain bike, or gravel bike; put on your bike helmet; and bring something to drink and a light snack. And then we’re ready to go!
You’ll be supervised by experienced and certified RST Lübeck youth coaches. Each cycling training session lasts about 3 hours.

You'll need a touring bike, MTB, cross/gravel bike, or road bike; a bike helmet; a filled water bottle; snacks like granola bars and a banana; and a lot of enthusiasm for cycling.
