Harvesting and Processing in the Kitchen Garden and in the Field
The JNH Ringstedtenhof’s cottage garden is home to a wide variety of herbs, flowers, vegetables, and fruit. The nearby fields also yield plenty of vegetables and herbs. Summer is harvest time, and we go on a discovery tour of the garden and the fields. We snack and gather whatever takes our fancy. We turn our harvest into delicious treats for a shared lunch. We spend the day together in the garden, in the fields, and in the kitchen.
