If you don’t just find rocks beautiful, but have long wanted to learn more about them—how they were formed and what stories they tell—then this three-hour beach excursion is just right for you. Fossils, sediments, igneous and metamorphic rocks, as well as the formation of the Baltic Sea are the topics we’ll cover. Together, we’ll interpret the rocks and explore their geological history. You’ll learn many practical tips for identifying rocks and how to distinguish the most important minerals using simple tools.
