Would you like to explore the Wakenitz from the water, get some exercise, and try your hand at canoeing? And is there an adult (mom, dad, aunt, uncle, etc.) who’d like to join you? Then you can sign up as a team for our introductory paddling session. One boat is available for each team. Up to two children per boat are also allowed. After a brief instruction session (paddling, steering, safety), we’ll head out onto the water. If the weather is nice, there’s also the option to go for a swim. To wrap things up, we’ll have a picnic on our club grounds. Prerequisite: ability to swim; children’s life jackets are provided.
The introductory paddling session will take place even in bad weather. (Please bring rain gear; there is a shelter on the grounds.)
